Month: May 2017

Happy Monday loves! I wanted to say a quick hello and share some images I shot of my newfound favourite heels. I can’t decide what I love most about them, the colour or just how comfortable they are. Regardless they have become a current favourite for the season.
Aside from my love of high heels, finding these blocked heels were heaven sent! They maintain such a stylish aesthetic while being versatile; something that I always search for in a summer shoe. The strappy detailing takes this heel up a notch from most I’ve seen and is one of the main reasons it’s a must-have for the season. So perfect for casual pairings or anything in between! I love pairing mine with a fitted skirt and crew neck sweater, but equally works well with a body con dress for those nights out! Simply put, I would say that these are definitely is a summer must-have.
How would you wear these? Do share. xoxo

And so my obsession with shoes continue! Meet my latest current wear-with-everything shoe: the Brelawien heel. It really is the perfect heel for the season.

Up until recently, I’ve been on the hunt for ‘the’ summer shoe. Though there are certainly more than a few amazing shoe trends for this season, I have to say I kept going back to the blocked heel trend. What I really love about this style the most, aside from it’s versatility, is the fact that I can take an otherwise casual look and elevate it to the perfect day-time chic #ootd when adding these heels. This specific style adds that perfectly easy going, yet sophisticated vibe to any look and provides the function that most heels cannot. It’s the perfect shoe to style with your casual looks and I promise you, your feet will last hours in them! I’ve already been wearing mine non-stop since I brought them home and have yet to find something it doesn’t work well with, which is why I love them so much!

What about you guys, how do you like the block heel trend? Let me know below! xoxo
